FULL-CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION OF WPS RESOLUTIONS, FROM NATIONAL ACTION PLAN DEVELOPMENT, THROUGH COSTING AND BUDGETING TO ENSURE ADEQUATE FINANCING FOR IMPLEMENTATION, THROUGH THE LOCALIZATION STRATEGY AND MONITORING AND EVALUATION.
