THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOUNG ATHLETES WILL IMPROVE IN THE GAME OF VOLLEYBALL AND LEARN THE IMPORTANT VALUES OF TEAM SPIRIT, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE.

INVASION VOLLEYBALL CLUB, INC IS A COMPETITIVE VOLLEYBALL CLUB FORMED TO DEVELOP INTEREST AND ENCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL FOR GIRLS 3 THROUGH 18 YEARS OF AGE; TO HELP EACH ATHLETE REACH HIS/HER FULLEST POTENTIAL BOTH ON AND OFF THE COURT; TO FOCUS ON ALL AREAS OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS TEACHING ADVANCED VOLLEYBALL TECHNIQUES AND STRATEGIES; TO PROMOTE THE PRINCIPLES OF TEAMWORK, INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SPORTSMANSHIP THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE VOLLEYBALL ACTIVITIES. OUR PRIMARY GOAL IS TO DEVELOP THE INDIVIDUAL SKILL LEVEL OF EVERY PLAYER AND TO PERFORM AT A HIGH LEVEL IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT, ULTIMATELY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY TO OUR ATHLETES IN GAINING COLLEGIATE SCHOLARSHIPS.
