FHC ALSO PROVIDES EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, LONG-RANGE PLANNING, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT INCLUDING PROCESSING AND MANAGING SALARIES AND BENEFITS, INSURANCE, RENT, TAXES AND FINANCIAL PLANNING TO FUND DEFERRED MAINTENANCE, RENOVATIONS, AND LONG-RANGE PLANNING.
