THE CALIFORNIA GREEN BUSINESS NETWORK LEADS THE STATE AND NATION IN WORKING WITH SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES TO CREATE A VIBRANT GREEN ECONOMY. LED BY A COALITION OF CITIES AND COUNTIES, WE CONTRIBUTE BY HELPING TO MAKE OUR COMMUNITIES HEALTHIER AND MORE LIVABLE WHILE ALSO CONSERVING RESOURCES AND SAVING MONEY. CAGBN HELPS SMALL BUSINESSES THRIVE AND IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND INCENTIVES TO SAVE MONEY AND BECOME MORE SUSTAINABLE. SINCE 1996 THE CAGBN HAS HELPED OVER 10,000 SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES (SBM'S) MAKE LASTING CHANGES AT THEIR PLACE OF WORK THAT BENEFIT THEIR BOTTOM LINE, THEIR EMPLOYEES, AND THEIR COMMUNITY. TOGETHER, THE ALMOST 4,300 BUSINESSES WE HAVE CERTIFIED AS GREEN BUSINESSES HAVE STEADILY TURNED CALIFORNIA'S ECONOMY GREEN. WE HAVE DESIGNED SUSTAINABILITY FRAMEWORKS FOR 30 BUSINESS SECTORS THROUGHOUT CALIFORNIA.
