TTHE GREAT PLAINS VETERANS SERVICES CENTER IS THE HUB FOR VETERANS, SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO RECEIVE ALL BENEFITS THEY HAVE EARNED IN THE SERVICES TO THE CHIPPEWA- CREE PEOPLE AND OUR COUNTRY. THE ORGANIZATION EXCLUSIVELY PROVIDES SERVICES TO INDIVIDUAL VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR VETERANS LIVING ON THE ROCKY BOY INDIAN RESERVATION AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AS WELL AS MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS.

GREAT PLAINS VETERANS SERVICES CENTER PROVIDES VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH DIRECT ASSISTANCE FOR A RANGE OF ACTIVITIES INCLUDING ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITIES, HOME RENOVATIONS, FUEL COST, JOB RETENTION, VEHICLE MAINTENANCE AND HOMELESSNESS. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH ENROLLING WITH THE VA AND APPLYING FOR VA HEALTHCARE AND OTHER BENEFITS, ASSISTING UNEMPLOYED VETERANS FIND FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT AND ENSURING MOBILITY FOR EMERGENCY AND EVERYDAY NEEDS ARE MET. THE CENTER AIDS VETERAN ENTREPRENEURS TO START SMALL BUSINESSES TO EXPAND AND GROW THE ROCKY BOY RESERVATION ECONOMY.
