MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to operate outpatient facilities, many previously known as free clinics, established by the community rather than a hospital which provide basic medical care including physical examinations, immunizations, family planning, nutrition assistance and diagnosis and treatment of common ailments. Services are available on an ability-to-pay basis and target low-income and indigent community residents.

TO PROVIDE POST-SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE ROCKY BOY COMMUNITY ON THE CHIPPEWA CREE INDIAN RESERVATION IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: VOCATIONAL TRAINING, COLLEGE TRANSFER PROGRAMS,OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING,COMMUNITY SERVICES AND INDIAN CULTURE & HISTORY.

VETERANS HELPING VETERANS FOR A BETTER FUTURE. TTHE GREAT PLAINS VETERANS SERVICES CENTER IS THE HUB FOR VETERANS, SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO RECEIVE ALL BENEFITS THEY HAVE EARNED IN THE SERVICES TO THE CHIPPEWA- CREE PEOPLE AND OUR COUNTRY. THE ORGANIZATION EXCLUSIVELY PROVIDES SERVICES TO INDIVIDUAL VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL EFFORTS. THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE SERVICES AND ASSISTANCE IN ALL MATTERS PERTAINING TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR VETERANS LIVING ON THE ROCKY BOY INDIAN RESERVATION AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AS WELL AS MILITARY SERVICE MEMBERS.
