VACCINE OUTREACH AND ADMINISTRATION DURING THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2021 AMERICAN DIVERSITY GROUP WAS AWARDED CONTRACTS FROM VARIOUS AGENCIES TO PERFORM PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR CONDUCTING OUTREACH, SPREAD EDUCATION AMONG DIVERSE COMMUNITIES TO RECEIVE COVID-19 VACCINES, CONDUCT STAFF/VOLUNTEER TRAINING TO PREPARE VOLUNTEERS TO DELIVER COVID VACCINE ACCEPTANCE MESSAGES, CONDUCT VACCINATION EVENTS, DEVELOP AND DISSEMINATE CULTURALLY APPROPRIATE INFORMATIONAL VIDEOS TO PROMOTE ACCEPTANCE OF THE COVID-19 VACCINATION AND IDENTIFY AND ENGAGE LOCAL INFLUENCERS SUCH AS FAITH LEADERS TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMPAIGN ACTIVITIES TO PROMOTE SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. SOME OF THE CONTRACTS REQUIRED ADG TO SERVE AS A CONTRACTED COMMUNITY PARTNER FOR EXPANDING COMMUNITY-BASED WORKFORCE TO INCREASE COVID-19 VACCINE ACCESS IN SOCIALLY VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES IN THE WASHINGTON METROPOLITAN AREA. THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM UNDER WHICH THESE SPECIFIC CONTRACTS WERE AWARDED TO ADG, WAS TO DEVELOP A COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE WORKER PROGRAM TO ADDRESS COVID-19 VACCINATION AMONG A VULNERABLE POPULATION THAT MAY NOT HAVE ADEQUATE ACCESS TO VACCINATION AND/OR MAY BE HESITANT TO BEING VACCINATED; WITH THE GOAL TO INCREASE COVID-19 VACCINATION RATES AMONG SOCIALLY VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS TO END TRANSMISSION OF COVID-19, REDUCE MORBIDITY AND MORTALITY ATTRIBUTABLE TO COVID-19 INFECTION AND TO REDUCE COVID-19 HEALTH DISPARITIES. THE CONTRACTS ALSO REQUIRED AMERICAN DIVERSITY GROUP TO DISTRIBUTE GIFT CARDS TO VARIOUS COMMUNITY MEMBERS AS PART OF COVID-19 VACCINE OUTREACH AND AWARENESS PROGRAM AND COLLECT CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM EACH COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO RECEIVE GIFT CARD INCENTIVES UNDER COVID-19 OUTREACH AND AWARENESS PROGRAM; IN ORDER TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF GIFT CARD INCENTIVES.
