23V RECON PROGRAM: 14 WEEK RECONDITIONING PROGRAM TO TRAIN MILITARY AND VETERANS TO LIVE COMFORTABLY AND SUCCESSFULLY IN CIVILIAN SOCIETY. THE PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY, FITNESS, CAMARADERIE, OUTDOOR WELLNESS AND ACTIVE EXPOSURE TRIGGER RETRAINING. IN 2023, 23V RECON GROUPS XII, XIII AND XIV POSITIVELY IMPACTED THE LIVES OF VETERANS AND CIVILIANS.


COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT: EDUCATION FOR COMMUNITY GROUPS, UNIVERSITIES, MILITARY UNITS, AND EMPLOYERS. TRAINING POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS, WHY ITS COMMON IN MILITARY CULTURE AND HOW TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT MORE CONDUCIVE FOR VETERANS. RUCK LIFE RUCK MARCH: THE DULUTH RUCK LIFE HELD ON MAY 20, 2023 HAD 220 RUCKERS. THE TWIN CITIES RUCK LIFE HELD ON AUGUST 5, 2023 HAD 147 RUCKERS.


BLADESMITHING: SHARP-ART THERAPY PROGRAM DESIGNED TO MOTIVATE ISOLATED VETERANS TO TAKE PART IN A WEEKLY TEAM EVENT WHILE CREATING A PIECE OF USABLE ART. THE BLADESMITHING PROGRAM IS A WAY FOR 23V RECON GRADUATES TO REMAIN ENGAGED AND SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCE IN 23V RECON WITH OTHER VETERANS WHO MAY BE IN NEED OF OUR IMMERSIVE 14-WEEK PROGRAM.
