TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP AND PROTECT THE FUR INDUSTRY IN THE AMERICA'S REGION THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND SPONSORING OF PROGRAMS IN THE AREAS OF FARM RESEARCH, STANDARDIZATION, CERTIFICATION, COMMUNICATION, AND GOVERNMENT RELATIONS. THESE PROGRAMS ARE INTENDED TO BENEFIT THE AMERICA'S FUR INDUSTRY AS A WHOLE.

IN THE AREA OF GOVERNMENT RELATIONS WE INFORM AND EDUCATE REGULATORS AND LEGISLATORS ABOUT OUR HIGH ANIMAL WELFARE STANDARDS, CONTRIBUTION TO RURAL COMMUNITIES AND MORE.
WE HAVE WORKED TO AMELIORATE OUR CERTIFICATION STANDARDS IN FUR FARMING TO ENSURE THAT FARMERS ADHERE TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CARE IN AREAS OF ANIMAL WELFARE AND HUMANE TREATMENT.
A SUCCESSFUL FUR FUTURES PROGRAM WHERE WE WORK WITH EDUCATORS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE LEVELS TO CREATE PROGRAMS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE ABOUT ANIMAL WELFARE, FUR FARMING, FASHION DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING.
