DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY PROGRAMS INCLUDE AN ARRAY OF SERVICES INTENDED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THE COMMUNITY AND DEVELOP SKILLS TOWARD ACHIEVING A MEANINGFUL LIFE AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE. PROGRAMS INCLUDE INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT SERVICES (ISS) AND COMMUNITY SUPPORTED LIVING ARRANGEMENTS (CSLA), PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORT SERVICES TO LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THE COMMUNITY; FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES (FSS), PROVIDED TO FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN NEED OF SUPPORT TO REMAIN TOGETHER IN THE COMMUNITY; DAY HABILITATION SERVICES, PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF STRUCTURED DAY PROGRAMMING AND COMMUNITY INTEGRATION SUPPORT; SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF JOB DEVELOPMENT AND JOB COACHING; RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS WITH A BRAIN INJURY IN NEED OF SUPPORTIVE SUPERVISED HOUSING, AND BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES, PROVIDED TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT AND CONSULTATION. BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS INCLUDE AN ARRAY OF SERVICES THAT ARE INTENDED TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH DISORDERS TO MANAGE THEIR ILLNESS AND LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THE COMMUNITY. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION (HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES PROGRAMS), PROVIDED TO OFFER STABLE HOUSING WITH SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION TO ADULTS AND TRANSITION AGE YOUTH; COMMUNITY BASED SUPPORTS (SUPPORTIVE LIVING PROGRAMS), PROVIDED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH SUPPORTS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY; PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION DAY PROGRAM, PROVIDED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS WITH INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS AND ILLNESS MANAGEMENT SKILLS; EMPLOYMENT SERVICES (EBSE), MEDICAL COORDINATION (HEALTH HOMES), MOBILE CRISIS SERVICES, PROVIDED TO AID INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS RESOLUTION, AND CASE MANAGEMENT. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE: JOB READINESS TRAINING, JOB SKILLS TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT, JOB COACHING, STUDENT INTERNSHIPS AND STUDENT MENTORING, AND WELFARE TO WORK PROGRAMS. ADDITIONALLY, PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE BENEFITS SCREENING AND CASE MANAGEMENT. HUMANIM ALSO HAS SOCIAL IMPACT BUSINESSES IN THE CULINARY, CONSTRUCTION, REUSE AND DOCUMENT IMAGING INDUSTRIES ALL OF WHICH ARE COMMITTED TO OUR MISSION OF TRAINING AND HIRING INDIVIDUALS WITH BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT.
