OPERATED A REHABILITATION HOSPITAL, LICENSED FOR 47 BEDS THAT PROVIDED VARIOUS TYPES OF REHABILITATION SERVICES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR 2021, THE HOSPITAL HAD PATIENT DAYS, OF WHICH 69% WERE MEDICARE. THE TOTAL OCCUPANCY FOR THE REHABILITATION HOSPITAL WAS 40.65%. IN ADDITION, THE HOSPITAL HAD 219,252 OUTPATIENT VISITS. THE HOSPITAL ALSO OPERATED A 45 BED SKILLED NURSING TRANSITIONAL UNIT. DURING 2021, THE TRANSITIONAL UNIT HAD 8,354 PATIENT DAYS. TOTAL OCCUPANCY FOR THE TRANSITIONAL UNIT WAS 50.86%.CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O.SERVICES WERE PROVIDED TO PATIENTS WHO MET CERTAIN CRITERIA WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT AMOUNTS LESS THAN THE ESTABLISHED RATES.
