THE WORKSHIP FOCUSED HEAVILY ON EXPERIENCE-BASED SMALL GROUP PARTICIPATION AND DISCUSSION, DIET CALCULATIONS AND COUNSELING IN A DIGITAL LEARNING FORMAT.
