THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS, WE OFFER GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES THAT PROMOTE INDIVIDUALS TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS WELL AS CONNECT WITH A POSTIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM. THESE PROGRAMS INCLUDE COMMUNITES 4 CHANGE, LIFE SKILLS WORKSHOPS, GROUPS, & ACTIVITES, AND WALK-IN SUPPORT & BASIC NEEDS SUPPLIES.
COUNSELING AND CASE MANAGEMENT: PROVIDE A STARTING POINT FOR THOSE GOING THROUGH DIFFICULT LIFE SITUATIONS. THROUGH OUR COMPASS-CARE COORDINATION PROGRAM, WE OFFER CUSTOMIZED SERVICES THAT OFFER DIRECTION AND HOPE. THIS INCLUDES EMPLOYMENT & HOUSE CASE MANGEMENT FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED AND/OR HOMELESS TO IDENTIFY BARRIERS, SET GOALS, CONNECT WITH RESOURCES, AND WORK ON LIFE SKILLS.
