THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDES BOTH AMERICAN AND GERMAN YOUTH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ASSIST THE ORGANIZATION IN EVENT SUPPORT, COMMUNICATIONS, MARKETING, AND TRANSLATION WORK. IN 2021, 2 INTERNS PARTICIPATED IN THE PROGRAM.
THE DUAL APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM IS AN INNOVATIVE AND INDUSTRY-LED APPROACH TO EDUCATION. APPRENTICESHIPS PROVIDE PRACTICE, THEORY, AND WORK IN AN INTERNATIONALLY COMPETITIVE WORKFORCE. COMPANIES GET A TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAM, EMPLOYEE LOYALTY, AND ACCESS TO A HIGH QUALITY CANDIDATE POOL. THE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED FOR COMPANIES TO HAVE A WORKFORCE TAILORED TO THEIR NEEDS. THE APPRENTICES GET HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WHILE ALSO LEARNING THEORY. IN 2021, 40 APPRENTICES WORKED FOR 13 DIFFERENT COMPANIES.
DELEGATION SERVICES ARE OFFERED AND ORGANIZED BY THE ORGANIZATION. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE ORGANIZING BUSINESS MEETINGS, COMPANY VISITS, PRESENTATION EVENTS, BUSINESS CONFERENCES, AND NETWORKING EVENTS, AS WELL AS TRAVEL AND LOGISTICS ARRANGEMENTS.
