SOUL CARE: SOUL CARE IS FOCUSED ON ENCOURAGING AND EQUIPPING CHRISTIAN LEADERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO REMAIN STRONG IN THEIR RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE LORD. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH COUNSELING AND THE USE OF PEER COHORTS WHO COME ALONGSIDE PASTORS, PASTORS' SPOUSES, AND PASTORS' KIDS. LEADERSHIP CARE: LEADERSHIP CARE IS FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING AND ASSISTING CHRISTIAN LEADERS IN THEIR LEADERSHIP ROLES. FROM CHURCH FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TO CONFLICT AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT, THEY ARE COMMITTED TO STRENGTHENING THE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF TODAY'S PASTORS.
