BENEFIT DOWNTOWN ROSEVILLE BUSINESSES BY CREATING A MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WHICH WILL PROVIDE SERVICES TO PROMOTE THE ECONOMIC WELL BEING OF ITS MEMBERS. THE BENEFITS WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: PROACTIVE PLANNING IN DETERMINING THE FUTURE OF DOWNTOWN ROSEVILLE, ATTRACTING NEW BUSINESS AND INVESTMENT THROUGHOUT DOWNTOWN ROSEVILLE, CREATING A PRIVATE/PUBLIC PARTNERSHIP WITH A UNIFIED VOICE FOR DOWNTOWN ROSEVILLE, ESTABLISHING PRIVATE SECTOR MANGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY, AND PROVIDE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
