THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THE NOAH PROJECT FOUNDATION IS TO SERVE AS A REPOSITORY FOR THE ENDOWMENT FUNDS OF NOAH PROJECT, INCORPORATED, A 501(C)3 NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, WHICH PROVIDES INTERVENTION, SHELTER, ADVOCACY, AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, AND A PREVENTION PROGRAM INFORMING CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND ADULTS OF THE DYNAMICS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND WAYS TO BUILD HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS.
