FELLOWS COHORTS: GROUPS OF CHRISTIAN MEN AND WOMEN WHO ARE SUCCESSFUL MARKETPLACE LEADERS AT AN IMPASSE IN THEIR LIFE JOURNEY. PLACED IN A COHORT OF PEERS, THESE LEADERS EXPERIENCE FOUR FACILITATED MEETINGS WITH A PROVEN PROGRAM THAT GUIDES THEM TO A LIFE-PLAN FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER OF LIFE. IN ADDITION TO THESE IN-PERSON GATHERINGS, EACH PARTICIPANT RECEIVES 12 SESSIONS OF COACHING FROM A HAFLTIME CERTIFIED COACH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROGRAM, THESE LEADERS HAVE A LIFE-PLAN AND ACCESS TO A WORLD-WIDE NETWORK OF ALUMNI OF HALFTIME INSTITUTE.
