THE COMMUNICARE HEALTH FOUNDATION'S (THE FOUNDATION) MISSION IS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY HEALTH THROUGH INITIATIVES THAT ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE THROUGH PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT OF COMMUNICARE HEALTH CENTERS. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 1/31/23, THE FOUNDATION OPERATED THE ANNUAL GIVING DRIVE, THE DENIM & DIAMONDS EVENT, THE ANNUAL GALA, COMMUNICARING FOR EACH OTHER, AND SUPPORTS EMPLOYEE SCHOLARSHIPS.
