TEXAS CENTER OF QUALITY AND PATIENT SAFETY (TCQPS) IS COMMITTED TO PROVIDING SUPPORT, TOOLS AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO IMPROVE PATIENT SAFETY AND QUALITY OF CARE THROUGH COLLABORATION WITH STATE AND NATIONAL EXPERTS, PARTNERS AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
EDUCATION - THAF CONDUCTS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS WHICH INCLUDE DISTANCE LEARNING SERIES IN VARIOUS FIELDS OF HOSPITAL OPERATIONS AND MANAGEMENT. THAF ALSO CONDUCTS A LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM BRINGING TOGETHER SENIOR HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT STAFF TO PROVIDE MENTORING AND BROADER SCOPE OF MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES.
