PASO DEL NORTE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (PDNCF) WAS FORMED IN 2013 AS A TEXAS NONPROFIT PUBLIC CHARITY LOCATED IN EL PASO, TX TO SUPPORT THE PHILANTHROPIC GOALS OF INDIVIDUALS, CORPORATIONS, FOUNDATIONS,AND NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE HEALTH, EDUCATION, SOCIAL SERVICES, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT,AND QUALITY OF LIFE IN THE PASO DEL NORTE REGION. IN JANUARY 1, 2019, THE PASO DEL NORTE HEALTH FOUNDATION ORIGINALLY CLASSIFIED AS A PRIVATE FOUNDATION, BECAME A TYPE I SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION OF PDNCF. THE PASO DEL NORTE HEALTH FOUNDATION PROVIDES IN-KIND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO THE PDNCF.


REALIZE IS A UNIQUE LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE TO ADDRESS REGIONAL HEALTH NEEDS. THE EXECUTIVE PROGRAM INCLUDES ASSESSMENTS, TWO OFF-SITE EXPERIENCES, EXECUTIVE COACHING, AND AT LEAST FIVE COHORT CONNECT LEARNING SESSIONS. IT WAS FOUNDED ON A TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP MODEL AND HAS GRADUATED 60 PARTICIPANTS. THE BOARD PROGRAM INCLUDES TRAININGS FOR NONPROFITS BOARD MEMBERS IN THE REGION. TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND PLANNING SUPPORT FOR EXPANDING REALIZE LEADERSHIP TRAINING TO CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO.
