THE FACILITY ALLOWED WORKSPACE, SECRETARIAL SUPPORT, TECHNOLOGICAL SUPPORT IN A COLLABORATIVE SETTING NOT OTHERWISE AVAILABLE TO THE SMALL BUSINESSES THAT PARTICIPATED. ADDITIONALLY, ENTREPRENUERIAL TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WERE PROVIDED TO THOSE THAT AVAILED THEMSELVES OF THE SUPPORT.
