Describe the Organization's Mission:
Part 3 - Line 1
TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO FAMILIES AFFECTED BY CANCER.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
SHOCK CANCER INC MISSION IS TO PURCHASE RENTAL PROPERTIES AND ALL CASH FLOWS WOULD GO TO A FAMILY WITH A SICK CHILD. SHOCK CANCER WOULD PAY ALL OF THE FAMILIES EXPENSES WHILE THE FAMILY SPENT EVERY LAST WAKING MOMENT WITH THEIR CHILD BEFORE THEY PASS-AWAY. THE REASON WE HAVE PURCHASED REAL ESTATE TO "FLIP" IN SHOCK CANCER NAME IS SO WE CAN MEET FHA'S REQUIREMENT OF DOING AT LEAST 8 TRANSACTIONS IN THE NON-PROFITS NAME BEFORE IT CAN APPLY FOR ITS OWN NAID NUMBER - NAID NUMBER = NAME, ADDRESS, IDENTIFIER. A NAID NUMBER IS REQUIRED BY FHA AND HUD FOR AN ENTITY TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE REAL ESTATE DIRECTLY FROM HUD. CONTINUE TO STATEMENT TWO.
CONTINUED FROM STATEMENT ONE. WITH A NAID NUMBER SHOCK CANCER COULD PURCHASE REAL ESTATE IN THE "EXCLUSIVE" PROGRAM WITH HUD AT BIGGER DISCOUNTS. SHOCK CANCER HAS FILED WITH HUD TO OBTAIN THEIR OWN NAID NUMBER. SHOCK CANCER WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYMORE "FLIP" REAL ESTATE UNTIL A NAID NUMBER IS OBTAINED. THE COVID 19 EMERGENCY HAS INTERFERED WITH THE ORIGINAL TIMELINE OF WHAT WE HAD HOPED TO ACCOMPLISH IN 2020.
