Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
2021 WAS NOT AN EASY YEAR FOR HAITI, BUT FUTURE HOPE HAITI STOOD STRONG AS A BEACON OF HOPE BY CONTINUING WITH ALL THE PROGRAMS THAT STRENGTHEN CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN THE COMMUNITY. THE STEADINESS OF KNOWING THAT FUTURE HOPE HAITI IS THERE EACH DAY, READY TO SERVE, IS A SOURCE OF GREAT HOPE TO THE COMMUNITY WHILE THE COUNTRY IS SO UNSTABLE AFTER THE ASSASSINATION OF THE PRESIDENT AND THE HUGE INCREASE IN KIDNAPPINGS. DURING 2021, THE RADIO STATION CONTINUED TO BLAST OUT THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS 24/7 TO MORE THAN 100,000 PEOPLE EACH DAY. THE COMMUNITY CENTER CONTINUED TO PROVIDE BIBLE STORY AND BREAKFAST EACH MORNING TO MORE THAN 70 CHILDREN, AFTERSCHOOL TUTORING TO MORE THAN 100 CHILDREN, AWANA BIBLE MEMORY CLUB TO MORE THAN 150 CHILDREN, READING CLUB TO 50 CHILDREN, SUMMERTIME KID'S CLUB AND YOUTH COMPETITION TO MORE THAN 150 CHILDREN, 42 STUDENTS RECEIVED A FULL SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP, AND PARENTS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE TAUGHT 19 PARENTS ABOUT THEIR IMPORTANCE DURING THEIR CHILDREN'S FORMATIVE YEARS, BIRTH TO AGE FIVE. ALL OF THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY 26 AMAZING HAITIAN NATIONALS THAT ARE DEDICATED TO SERVING THE COMMUNITY AND SHARING THE LOVE OF CHRIST WITH IT. WE HAVE PROVIDED STEADY, RELIABLE INCOME FOR THESE INDIVIDUALS, RESULTING IN STRONGER FAMILIES. THREE MARRIAGES TOOK PLACE DURING 2021 AMONG OUR STAFF. WHEN YOU REALIZE THAT MOST OF THE COUNTRY IS NOT MARRIED BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT, YOU CAN SEE WHAT A HUGE IMPACT YOU ARE MAKING ON NOT ONLY THE LIVES OF THE COMMUNITY WE SERVE, BUT ALSO THE STAFF THAT WORKS SO TIRELESSLY TO SERVE IT. RADIO VISION GLOBAL. RADIO VISION GLOBAL SPREADS THE GOSPEL TO MORE THAN 100,000 PEOPLE EACH DAY. THE FOUR RADIO PERSONALITIES SHARE THE GOOD NEWS OF JESUS CHRIST ALONG WITH HOPE AND POSITIVE NEW THROUGHOUT EACH DAY. SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS. 42 CHILDREN WERE GIVEN FULL SCHOLARSHIPS TO ATTEND SCHOOL FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR, ALONG WITH BOOKS AND UNIFORMS. THIS RELIEVED PRESSURE FROM THE FAMILIES, AS 90% OF THE SCHOOLS IN HAITI ARE PRIVATE AND THE COST FOR ONE CHILD IS MORE THAN MOST PARENTS MAKE. EDUCATION IS THE FOUNDATION FOR ANY COUNTRY AND IT IS OUR DESIRE TO GIVES THE CHILDREN THE BEST FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS IN THEIR LIVES AS POSSIBLE. AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING. MOST OF THE PARENTS IN THE COMMUNITY ARE ILLITERATE AND THEREFORE UNABLE TO HELP THEIR CHILDREN WITH HOMEWORK. IT IS OUR DESIRE TO HELP BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY AND WE THEREFORE PROVIDE AFTER-SCHOOL TUTORS TO HELP REINFORCE WHAT TAUGHT DURING THE DAY AT SCHOOL AND TO HELP WITH HOMEWORK. EDUCATION IS A KEY TO HELP BREAK THE CYCLE OF POVERTY.
