COMMUNITY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES: ONE SAN DIEGO WORKS TO ENGAGE LOCAL NEIGHBORHOOD ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH ITS COMMUNITY ECONOMIC GRANT PROGRAM. ONE SAN DIEGO'S GRANT PROGRAM FUNDS EFFORTS OF NON-PROFIT AND LOCAL COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
