OUR ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS THE MONTGOMERY SCHOOL DISTRICT ATHLETICS PROGRAMS.

THROUGH OUR AWARDS PROGRAM ATHLETES AND COACHES ARE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITHIN THE TEAM AS WELL AS THE CONFERENCE COUNTY AND STATE LEVELS. SPECIAL AWARDS ARE GIVEN TO SCHOLAR ATHLETES. ADDITIONALLY COACHES ARE HONORED BY STATE AND NATIONAL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATIONS. INDIVIDUAL TEAM WEBSITES PUBLISH THESE ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
INDIVIDUAL TEAM FUNDRAISING ALLOWS FOR STIPENDS TO COACHES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR TIME AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR SPORT. IN ADDITION FUNDRAISING ENABLES OUR COACHES TO ATTEND VARIOUS TRAINING COURSES TO ENHANCE THEIR COACHING SKILLS AND EXPAND THE BASE OF KNOWLEDGE IN THEIR SPORT.
THROUGH OUR FUNDRAISING EFFORTS WE ARE ABLE TO SUPPLEMENT TEAM UNIFORMS AND OTHER APPAREL THAT WOULD OTHERWISE BE AN INDIVIDUAL COST TO THE ATHLETE. INCLUDED ARE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH SPECIALIZED APPAREL RECOGNIZING TEAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS. THIS APPAREL HELPS FOSTER CAMARADERIE AND TEAM SPIRIT ALONG WITH REDUCING THE FINANCIAL BURDEN TO THE ATHLETES.
