THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO SUPPORT THE HEALTH, WELFARE, EDUCATIONAL INTERESTS OF THE MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY CHARTER SCHOOL (THE "SCHOOL"), A PENNSYLVANIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION THAT IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX AS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 (THE "CODE"), AS AMENDED.THE FOUNDATION IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ESTABLISHED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA.
