THE ORGANIZATION IS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION THAT PROMOTES AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH THE REHABILITATION, FINANCING, AND/OR SELLING OF HOUSING TO QUALIFYING LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, AS WELL AS COUNSELING REGARDING HOME OWNERSHIP. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, TWO NEW MODULAR HOMES WERE COMPLETED AND SOLD. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION TYPICALLY ASSISTS OVER 250 PEOPLE ANNUALLY THROUGH HOUSING COUNSELING.
