RESCUES UNWANTED DOGS AND CATS, PROVIDES ALL MEDICAL CARE AND SOCIALIZATION, AND PLACES THEM FOR ADOPTION; INCLUDES SPECIAL NEEDS DOGS ACROSS THE COUNTRY, RELINQUISHED BREEDING DOGS FROM SUBSTANDARD BREEDERS, LITTERS OF MIXED-BREED PUPPIES, ABANDONED DOGS AND DOGS IN THE POUNDS, PETS OF VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE LEAVING THEIR HOMES, AND FURNISHES VETERINARIAN CARE FOR FAMILIES WHO CANNOT AFFORD CARE FOR THEIR SUFFERING PETS.
