TO RAISE MONEY AND RESOURCES TO ASSIST AND SUPPORT BREAST CANCER PATIENTS FROM DIAGNOSIS TO REMISSION.

SHARE OUR SUZY LOWCOUNTRY AND THE SUZY MCGRANE BREAST CANCER CENTER AT ROPER HOSPITAL WORK TOGETHER WITH THE BREAST CANCER NAVIGATORS TO ASSIST PATIENTS WHO QUALIFY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. THIS PARTNERSHIP HELPED APPROX 100 PATIENTS IN 2023 SECURE THE FINANCIAL AID THEY NEEDED DURING TREATMENT FOR EXPENSES LIKE GAS CARDS, RENT PAYMENTS, LODGING, PROSTHETIC BRAS, AND OTHER COSTS NOT TYPICALLY COVERED BY INSURANCE. THIS PROJECT IS ONGOING THROUGHOUT EACH YEAR.
SHARE OUR SUZY LOWCOUNTRY INCREASED ITS REACH IN THE BEAUFORT AREA HELPING APPROXIMATELY 70 PATIENTS IN 2023 THROUGH THE BEAUFORT MEMORIAL CANCER CENTER.
