PROVIDED JOB TRAINING, INSTRUCTION, MENTORING, ACADEMIC REMEDIATION, CAREER COUNSELING, POST- SECONDARY EXPLORATION AND FOLLOW UP SERVICES TO STUDENTS WHO POSSESSED OR DEMONSTRATED BARRIERS TO STAYING IN SCHOOL AND OR GRADUATION FROM HIGH SCHOOL FOR 4400 STUDENTS IN 81 PROGRAMS AT 43 SCHOOL DISTRICTS THROUGHOUT KANSAS. JAG-KANSAS ALSO HAS PROGRAMS SPECIFICALLY FOR KANSAS STUDENTS IN FOSTER CARE. RESULTS FROM THE PROGRAM INCLUDE A GRADUATION RATE OF 95%. THE ORGANIZATION ACHIEVED THE JAG NATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS HIGHEST AWARD FOR THE 8TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR.
