MAVEN PROJECT EXPERIENCED TREMENDOUS GROWTH IN 2021, DOUBLING THE NUMBER OF CLINIC PARTNER SITES OVER 2020. AS A RESULT, WE SET NEW UTILIZATION RECORDS ACROSS EVERY SERVICE LINE. OUR EXPERT PHYSICIAN VOLUNTEERS PROVIDED 4,887 MEDICAL CONSULTS TO FRONTLINE PROVIDERS AT PARTNER CLINICS AROUND THE U.S., A 43% INCREASE OVER 2020. ADDITIONALLY, VOLUNTEERS PROVIDED 534 HOURS OF MENTORING (COMPARED TO 413 IN 2020) AND HOSTED MORE THAN 4,459 ATTENDEES FOR MEDICAL EDUCATION WEBINARS ON A VARIETY OF HOT TOPICS (COMPARED TO 4,249 IN 2020). WE ENDED THE CALENDAR YEAR WITH 219 CLINIC SITE PARTNERS UTILIZING OUR SERVICES.FURTHER, RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS OF OUR CLINIC PARTNERS, MAVEN PROJECT RESCOPED OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND OFFERINGS. IN JANUARY 2021, MAVEN PROJECT INCORPORATED DISEASE-FOCUSED COURSEWORK INTO OUR EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS. WITH THESE SESSIONS, OUR EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS IN 2021 INCLUDED: CUSTOMIZED EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO SPECIFIC CLINIC NEEDS ONGOING COVID-19 UPDATES, ALONG WITH A PANEL OF MAVEN PROJECT PHYSICIAN VOLUNTEERS WHOSE SPECIALTIES ARE SUPPORTIVE OF COVID-19 CARE DISEASE-FOCUSED VIRTUAL COURSEWORK OFFERED LIVE AND ON-DEMAND VIRTUAL COURSEWORK FOCUSED ON THE SOCIAL ASPECTS OF MEDICINE INCLUDING COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES, SOCIAL DETERMINANTS OF HEALTH, AND RACIAL HEALTH INEQUITIES.
