IT WILL COOPERATE WITH THE ACTIVITIES OF ORANIZATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS WITHIN THE CHAPTER JURISDICTION WITH WHICH THE MEMBERS OF THIS CHAPTER ARE AFFILIATED, AND IT WILL ENCURAGE AND ASSIST THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE PERSONS IN THE CITIES, TOWNS, AND OTEHR POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS WITHIN THIS CHAPTERS JURISDICTION IN PLANNING, ZONING, AND DEVELOPING FACILITIES AND LOCATIONS SUITABLE FOR INDUSTRIAL OR OFFICE DEVELOPEMENT.
