MINORITY DIRECTORY IS A PROGRAM DEVELOPED BY THE FOUNDATION WHERE MINORITY-OWNED BUSINESSES (WOMEN, HISPANICS, ASIAN, AND BLACK-OWNED BUSINESS OWNERS) ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER. THE PURPOSE IS TO HAVE A DIRECTORY OF BUSINESSES WHERE OTHER BUSINESSES OR INDIVIDUALS WHO WISH TO ENGAGE WITH THESE TYPE OF COMPANIES CAN LOOK AT AND HOPEFULY GIVE THEIR BUSINESS TO.
STEAM PROGRAMSTEM SCHOLARS PROGRAM SSP SPONSORED BY THE EAST VALLT HISPANIC CHAMBER OF COMMERCE EVHCC. THIS ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT IS OFFERED TO EAST VALLEY STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED 8TH GRADE AND ARE INTERESTED IN PURSUING CAREERS IN THE FIELDS OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGENIEERING, ARTS OR MATHEMATICS. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PUBLIC SCHOOLS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY AGENCIES, STUDENTS ARE SELECTED, INTRODUCED TO OUR PROGRAM AND OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE THESE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES. AS A CHAMBER, THE EVHCCS FOCUS IS TO DEVELOP THE FUTURE WORKFORCE OF TOMORROW, AND TO ENGAGE, IDENTIFY, AND MENTOR OUR FUTURE LEADERS.
