Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3 - Line 4a
WAR TORN PUPS - WAR TORN PUPS PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO REUNITE MILITARY PERSONNEL WITH THE STRAY ANIMALS THEY FOUND AND BONDED WITH WHILE AT WAR OR IN WAR ZONES - DONATIONS TO THIS PROGRAM HELP WITH COSTS AND INCLUDES VACCINES, MEDICAL TREATMENT, RESCUE LIAISON, TRANSPORTATION AND MORE. WHILE THE FINANCIAL INVESTMENT IS HIGH, THE RELIEF, COMFORT AND JOY THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES OUR SOLDIERS IS IMMEASURABLE. WE LOVE GETTING THESE PRECIOUS DOGS & CATS SAFELY TO THE UNITED STATES. THE OVERSEAS HORRORS BESTOWED UPON ANIMALS IS ATROCIOUS. LEAVING THEM BEHIND IS HEARTBREAKING AND DEVASTATING FOR OUR MILITARY MEMBERS.STORIES ABOUT THE BRAVE WOMEN, MEN, AND DOGS THAT SERVE OUR COUNTRY ARE HEALTHY REMINDERS OF THE SACRIFICES SOME INDIVIDUAL MAKE FOR OTHERS.AND THERE ARE OTHER BRAVE DOGS WHO PUT THEMSELVES IN THE LINE OF FIRE TO SAVE OUR SOLDIERS, OR WHO GIVE THE GIFT OF LOVE AND COMPANIONSHIP TO OUR WAR TORN HEROES.THESE PUPS MAY NOT HAVE THE TRAINING, BUT THEY HAVE THE LOVE AND COURAGE TO EMOTIONALLY, AND SOMETIMES PHYSICALLY, SAVE OUR SOLDIERS. THROUGH THIS, THEY FORM INTENSE AND LOYAL BONDS WITH HUMANS. THEY BECOME LIKE FAMILY. SADLY THOUGH, IT IS INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO KEEP THESE NEW FOUND FAMILIES TOGETHER ONCE A SOLDIER RETURNS HOME.
DOG TRAINING & MEDICAL - TRAINING AND CARING FOR SERVICE DOGS FOR OBEDIENCE, SUPPORT & THERAPY FOR VETERANS & FIRST RESPONDERS.
VETS TO VETS - MANY VETERANS ARE ON FIXED INCOMES AND BENEFIT GREATLY FROM THIS PROGRAM. WHETHER IS IS PROVIDING FENCING FOR A DOG, FOOD FOR THEIR BELOVED PETS, OR FOOD FOR THEMSELVES, WHATEVER THE NEED, WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE OUR HEROES THROUGH THIS LIFE CHANGING PROGRAM.
