OPERATE A JOB TRAINING PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO PERSONS WHO ARE CURRENTLY BEING SERVED BY OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS, MEANING THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS, VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE OR OTHERWISE IN AN AT RISK OR INDIGENT POPULATION. THE TRAINING PROGRAM IS INTENDED TO PROVIDE NEW AND USEFUL SUBSTANTIVE ABILITIES TO THE TRAINEES IN AREAS TO MAKE THE TRAINEES MORE "JOB READY", WITH SUCH TRAINING TO INCLUDE BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE, RETAIL SALES SKILLS, CUSTOMER INTERACTION, RESUME WRITING, INTERVIEW SKILLS, AND OTHER AREAS.
