IN 2021 CTS LAUNCHED THE "PEACE" TOUR AS THE WORLD SLOWLY EMERGED FROM THE PANDEMIC LOCKDOWN. DR. JEREMIAH JOHNSTON'S TWELFTH BOOK, "UNLEASHING PEACE: EXPERIENCING GOD'S SHALOM IN YOUR PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS" LAUNCHED A NATIONWIDE TOUR OF IN-PERSON APOLOGETICS OUTREACH EVENTS FROM JULY THROUGH DECEMBER. THE CORNERSTONE OF THE TOUR WAS MINISTERING TO AUDIENCES, BOTH IN PERSON, THROUGH MEDIA, AND VIA VIRTUAL AVENUES, SPECIFICALLY HOW TO DEVELOP A PERSONAL "SHALOM/ PEACE PLAN." SECULAR OUTLETS SUCH AS PUBLISHERS WEEKLY WROTE POSITIVE REVIEWS OF UNLEASHING PEACE, WHICH IS UNUSUAL GIVEN THEIR NORMALLY SECULAR OUTLOOK ON CHRISTIAN MATERIALS. FINALLY, THE MINSITRY WAS ALSO INVITED ON NUMEROUS NATIONAL MEDIA PROGRAMS TO DISCUSS HOW IMPORTANT
IT IS TO FOCUS ON TWO ASPECTS OF SHALOM: 1) PEACE WITH GOD THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST (ROMANS 5:1), AND 2) LIVING IN THE PEACE OF GOD (SHALOM) INTENTIONALLY AS A DISCIPLINE (2 THES. 3:16).
