A TREE AND SHRUB WORKSHOP WAS HELD IN OCTOBER 2022 OFFERING TWO SESSIONS FOR ATTENDEES TO ATTEND ALLOWING THEM A CHOICE BETWEEN TWO SPEAKERS IN EACH SESSION. TOPICS INCLUDED, THE JOY OF BIRDING, GROWING HYDRANGEAS, NATIVE PLANTS OF WNY AND THE SCIENCE OF PRUNING.
A TREE AND SHRUB WORKSHOP WAS HELD INJUNE 2022 OFFERING TWO SESSIONS FOR ATTENDEES TO ATTEND ALLOWING THEM A CHOICE BETWEEN TWO SPEAKERS IN EACH SESSION. TOPICS INCLUDED, THE JOY OF BIRDING, WESTERN NEW YORK LAND CONSERVANCY INTRODUCTION, PRUNING AND FERTILIZING TREES AND SHRUBS, AND CARING FOR GARDENING TOOLS.
WREATH MAKING CLASS WAS HELD IN DECEMBER 2022. NAN MILLER PRESENTED SEVERAL EXAMPLES OF EVERGREENS EXPLAINING HOW TO IDENTIFY THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF EVERGREENS BASED ON NEEDLE SIZE AND STRUCTURE.
