DEAR OFFICER: #WENEEDYOUCAMPAIGN. THIS PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN ENCOURAGES CITIZENS TO ENGAGE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THEIR COMMUNITIES TO SHOW SUPPORT.
