ITS FOCUS IS ON STRENGTHENING THE US ECONOMIC LANDSCAPE BY LEVERAGING MULTICULTURAL WOMEN AND MEN'S CULTURAL CAPITAL THROUGH CUSTOMIZED GENDER AND CULTURAL EDUCATION ACCESS TO BUSINESS CAPITAL MENTORSHIP AND A SUPPORT NETWORK. THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM FOR MULTICULTURAL WOMEN IS AN INTENSIVE INNOVATIVE 5-MONTH IMMERSION PROGRAM THAT EMBRACES THE PRINCIPLES USED IN HARVARD UNIVERSITY'S GROUNDBREAKING AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM WILL: FILL THE DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE WITH HIGHLY TALENTED AND CAPABLE WOMEN LEADERS TO EXECUTIVE C-SUITES AT FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES. ARM HIGH-PERFORMING PARTICIPANTS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND TOOLS TO ACCELERATE THEIR DEVELOPMENT INTO THE EXECUTIVE RANKS FOR INCREASING OPTIMAL BUSINESS PERFORMANCE. PROVIDE CULTURALLY-RELEVANT STRATEGIES THAT ALLOW ALL PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS TO STEP INTO HIGHER LEADERSHIP ROLES AND PROMOTE THE VALUE OF A DIVERSE INFLUENCE. THIS CURRICULUM BASED ON STATE-OF-THE-ART RESEARCH IS TAUGHT BY UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA USC FACULTY SCHOLARS AND REAL-WORLD PRACTITIONERS WITH GLOBAL INSIGHTS TO RELEVANT EXPERIENCES PROFESSIONAL WOMEN LEADERS OF ALL CULTURES FACE IN THE WORKPLACE.
THE PROGRAM IS COMPRISED OF THREE MAIN COMPONENTS: DEVELOPMENT OF MULTICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS THROUGH HARVARD'S HIGHLY ACCLAIMED AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM. INTEGRATED STUDY OF A COMPREHENSIVE STEP-BY-STEP SYSTEMATIC BUSINESS GROWTH MODEL. A NETWORK OF SUCCESSFUL MULTICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURS TO HELP BUSINESS OWNERS FOCUS ON THEIR MOST CRITICAL BUSINESS ISSUES AND INCREASE BUSINESS CAPACITY. THE MULTICULTURAL ENTREPRENEUR PROGRAM IS FOCUSED ON UNLOCKING THE GROWTH AND JOB CREATION POTENTIAL OF MULTICULTURAL-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES IN CALIFORNIA THROUGH GREATER ACCESS TO BUSINESS EDUCATION FINANCIAL CAPITAL AND BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES.
