COMPREHENSIVE LITERACY SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT (RCUH CLSD) PROGRAM PROVIDE EVIDENCE BASED STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE (1) STUDENT/CHILD LITERACY, (2)STRENGTHEN FAMILY LITERACY, AND(3)CULTURE-BASED EDUCATION THROUGH COACHING OF EARLY LEARNING PROVIDERS AND FAMILY CAREGIVERS UTILIZING DIALOGIC READING AND LANGUAGE ENVIRONMENT ANLAYSIS PROGRAMS IN THE WAHIWA AND KAHUKU AREAS ON OAHU, HAWAII.
