AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2018, MANZANA FOUNDATION WAS IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING A SCHOOL TO WHICH WILL BE DONATED TO THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 105 ONCE MANZANA FOUNDATION IS ASSURED THAT THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 105 HAS A BUDGET FOR ONGOING OPERATIONS AND WILL HAVE CONTINUING FUNDS TO CONTINUE OPERATIONS. MANZANA FOUNDATION DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS FOR THE SCHOOL.
