THE FOUNDATION WORKED WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO PROMOTE COLLABORATION AND MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING OF INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TOGETHER WITH DIFFERENT CULTURE AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND. SPECIFICALLY, THE FOUNDATION DEVELOPED A CULTURE AND EDUCATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM TOGETHER WITH FOUNDATION SINNOV IN GENEVA,SWITZERLAND TO SPONSOR COLLEGE GRADUATES TO PARTICIPATE AN INTERNSHIP PROGRAM WHATS DESIGNED TO HELP YOUNG ADULTS TO GAIN TEAM WORKING EXPERIENCE IN A MULTI CULTURE ENVIRONMENT.


THE FOUNDATION CONTINUED TO WORK WITH LOCAL CHURCHES AND CHARITIES TO PROMOTE MENTAL HEALTH, RAISE AWARENESS AND REMOVE STIGMA SURROUNDING PSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS. THE FOUNDATION COLLABORATED WITH OTHER INSTITUTIONS TO PROVIDE SEMINARS AND PRESENTATIONS. ON NOVEMBER 2020, STANFORD PROFESSOR STEVEN ADELSHEIM, MD GAVE AN OUTSTANDING WEBINAR, SEEKING HELP EARLY FOR YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH ON ZOOM. PROFESSOR ADELSHEIM SHARED THAT THE SCIENCE OF ROOT CAUSE FOR YOUTH DEPRESSION AND OTHER MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. HE ALSO EXPLAINED THE IMPORTANCE AND APPLICATION ON HOW TO IMPLEMENT EARLY DETECTION AND INTERVENTION PROGRAM. THE WEBINAR RECEIVED OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE FEEDBACKS FROM THE AUDIENCE. THE WEBINAR WAS HELPFUL IN GAINING INSIGHTS OF HOW TO IDENTIFY MOOD DISORDERS SYMPTOMS THAT MIGHT AFFECT INDIVIDUALS EARLY IN LIFE. IT WAS ALSO HELPFUL IN LEARNING THE WAYS TO INTERVENE EARLY, AS WELL AS FINDING THE SUPPORT GROUP THAT COULD HELP WITH PATIENT COMMUNICATION WHICH COULD CHANGE THE TRAJECTORY OF SY
