THIS REWIRING GIVES US THE POSSIBILITY TO TEACH A NEW RELATIONAL SKILL IN ORDER TO DECREASE ANXIETY AND INCREASE RELATIONAL CONNECTION.CONVERSATIONS HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THE BRAIN. A POSITIVE DIALOGUE IS A RELATIONAL CONNECTION THAT LEADS TO A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF COOPERATION, TRUST AND COMPASSION CREATING A HEALTHY BRAIN. INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE PARTICIPATED IN A SAFE CONVERSATIONS WORKSHOP ARE EMPOWERED WITH THE TOOLS TO RESOLVE CONFLICT AND REMOVE NEGATIVITY FROM DIALOGUE.SAFE CONVERSATIONS WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS HAVE EXPERIENCED:IMPROVED SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL HEALTH AND REDUCE TOXIC STRESSIMPROVED PRODUCTIVITY IN THE WORKPLACEINCREASED HAPPINESS IN MARRIAGE, COUPLES AND FAMILIESIMPROVED CONFIDENCE, SELF-ESTEEM AND SCHOOL PERFORMANCE IN CHILDRENWITH THE AWARENESS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PRACTICE OF SELF-DIRECTED NEUROPLASTICITY WHICH PUTS YOU INTO THE PREFRONTAL CORTEX, WE CAN ACHIEVE MENTAL AND OVERALL WELLNESS. (GLOBAL WELLNESS INSTITUTE, NOVEMBER 2018)WHEN FACED WITH CHRONIC STRESS AND CONFLICT WE CAN THEN IMPLEMENT SAFE CONVERSATIONS TO DROP OUR DEFENSES AND CREATE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
