TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY-BASED PRENATAL AND INFANT HEALTH CARE COALITION THAT IS COMPRISED OF PERSONS REPRESENTING THE PUBLIC, PRIVATE SECTOR, STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNEMENT, PROVIDERS, COMMUNITY ALLIANCES AND MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS, THAT WILL IDENTIFY THE NEEDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, DEVISE AND IMPLEMENT A SERVICE PLAN TO MEET THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTES ON A CONTINUING BASIS, ALLOCATE AND LEVERAGE FUND TO SUPPORT ACTION PLANNING.
