DIRECT AID TO APPROXIMATELY 15 INDIVIDUALS BY PROVIDING EYE GLASSES AND/OR EYE EXAMS. ALSO SCREENED 6,200 BERKELEY COUNTY SCHOOL CHILDREN FOR EYE PROBLEMS. ADDITIONALLY SUPPORTED THE STORM EYE INSTITUTE, AND THE LIONS EYE VAN FOR HEARING AND VISION CHECKS. CONTRIBUTED TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN SIMILIAR ACTIVITIES.
PROVIDED SUPPORT TO OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES HELPING LOCAL AREA NEEDY FAMILIES
PROVIDED THREE $1,000 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOCAL STUDENTS.
