A NO-INTEREST LOAN WAS MADE TO A LOCAL COMMUNITY LAND TRUST IN 2023 TO FUND AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT IN NASSAU COUNTY, WITH CONSTRUCTION ON THIS UNIT EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN 2024.
