RAIDERS DRUM & BUGLE CORPS:AT THE BEGINNING OF EVERY SEASON EVERY POSITION IS AVAILABLE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A WORLD CLASS PERFORMER TO BE A MEMBER OF THE RAIDERS.MEMBERSHIP IS BASED UPON THE FOLLOWING FACTORS:DEDICATIONWILLINGNESS AND ABILITY TO LEARNTALENTPHYSICAL FITNESSABILITY TO MEET ALL TIME COMMITTMENTS AND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTSWHILE TALENT IS AN IMPORTANT FACTOR, WE ARE MOST INTERESTED IN AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS WILLING TO LEARN AND WORK HARD TO IMPROVE. THIS IS THE TYPE OF MEMBER WHO HAS HELPED PLACE THE RAIDERS AMONG THE BEST CORPS IN THE HISTORY OF DCI OPEN CLASS.AUDITIONS FOR THE CORPS TAKE PLACE OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL CAMPS.
