THE KNIGHTS ARE A GRAMMY-NOMINATED ORCHESTRAL COLLECTIVE OF MUSICIANS THAT SHARE THEIR LOVE OF MUSIC-MAKING WITH COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH PERFORMANCES, RECORDINGS, AND ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS. THE KNIGHTS ARE DEDICATED TO TRANSFORMING THE ORCHESTRAL EXPERIENCE AND ELIMINATING BARRIERS BETWEEN AUDIENCES AND MUSIC. DRIVEN BY AN OPEN-MINDED SPIRIT OF CAMARADERIE AND EXPLORATION, THEY INSPIRE LISTENERS WITH VIBRANT CONCERTS ROOTED IN THE CLASSICAL TRADITION AND A PASSION FOR ARTISTIC DISCOVERY. THE KNIGHTS TOUR ANNUALLY THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES, WITH ALTERNATE-YEAR INTERNATIONAL TOURS IN EUROPE.THE KNIGHTS ARE COMMITED TO NUTURING THE NEXT GENERATION OF MUSIC-LOVERS AND TO CONNECTING WITH INDIVIDUALS OF ALL BACKGROUNDS AND AGES. THE KNIGHTS ARE AN ORCHESTRAL COLLECTIVE, FLEXIBLE IN SIZE AND REPERTORY, DEDICATED TO TRANSFORMING THE CONCERT EXPERIENCE. THE ORCHESTRA OFFERS IN-PERSON MUSIC PROGRAMMING IN NEW YORK CITY AS WELL AS ON TOUR DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. THE KNIGHTS HAVE A 3-CONCERT SERIES AT CARNEGIE HALL, EDUCATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS WITH WQXR CLASSICAL RADIO AND THE NEW YORK PHILHARMONIC VERY YOUNG COMPOSERS PROGRAM, AND A RESIDENCY AT TEMPLE EMANU-EL NURSERY SCHOOL IN NEW YORK CITY.
