BERKELEY REAL ESTATE FORUM WAS ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST IN ARRANGING AND PRESENTING CONFERENCES FOR THE PURPOSE OF ALLOWING ACADEMIC RESEARCHERS AND UNIVERSITY-LEVEL TEACHERS TO OBTAIN CURRENT REAL ESTATE MARKET INFORMATION, PRACTICES, AND TRENDS FROM LEADING PRACTITIONERS OF REAL ESTATE AND RELATED FIELDS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2022, BERKELEY REAL ESTATE FORUM ASSISTED WITH TWO CONFERENCES - NOVEMBER 2021 AND MAY 2022. THE NOVEMBER 2021 MEETING WAS HELD IN PERSON. VACCINATIONS WERE REQUIRED AND NEGATIVE COVID-19 TESTS HAD TO BE SUBMITTED BY PARTICIPANTS. THE MAY 2022 MEETING WAS ALSO HELD IN PERSON, BUT VACCINATIONS AND NEGATIVE COVID-19 TESTS WERE NOT ENFORCED, BUT THE WEARING OF MASKS WAS ENCOURAGED.
